Job Description:

Responsibilities:
The Sales Assistant will support the Showroom Sales Team by providing customers with information and advice concerning acquisitions, ensuring an outstanding sales experience. The Sales Assistant reports directly to the Showroom Manager.

Main Activities:
Support the Sales Team in:
- Greeting customers entering the Showroom and providing excellent hospitality.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
- Listening to and engaging customers, using appropriate selling skills to meet their needs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and prospecting new ones.
- Keeping the store condition and visual merchandising standards high.
- Providing product information and technical support to customers.
- Managing inventory and store goods accurately.
- Checking products for damages.
- Using company reporting tools (quotes, project registration, traffic registration, CRM).
- Expanding the company database through client data registration and profiling.
- Supporting the Store Manager and Retail Director in organizing events and promotional activities.
- Preparing sales and customer relations reports by analyzing sales data.
- Addressing customer complaints and service suggestions.
- Assisting in implementing programs and achieving operational objectives.

Experience and Education:
Previous experience (2-3 years) in high-end furniture or luxury goods industry is preferred.

Technical and Soft Skills:
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle stress.
- Polite, customer-oriented, and team player.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach.

Work Location: Harrods, London
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, with shifts ranging from 10 AM to 6 PM or 12:30 PM to 9 PM, based on a rotating schedule.
