Job summary

The Peninsula London is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support our luxury laundry operations, reporting to the Wardrobe supervisor. You will handle hotel linen, guest, residents and colleagues’ laundry, coordinating with internal teams and external providers to maintain top-tier service.

Applicants should have experience in high-quality fabric/linen handling and a passion for luxury hospitality, with strong communication and the ability to work night shifts when required.

Qualifications

• Laundry operations experience with high-quality fabric/linen.
• Passion and appreciation of luxury hotel service with exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization, highly adaptable, positive attitude.
• Flexibility and capability of working under pressure with night-shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel linen, guest, and staff laundry with internal and external providers, with follow-up on all orders.
• Provide dry-cleaning and occasional pressing services with timely follow-up at high standards.
• Maintain proper wash cycles and advise on fabric issues while ensuring clean laundry facility.
