Qualifications

• You have previous waiter and customer service experience.
• Luxury hospitality background is preferred but not required; a great attitude is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and an organised approach are important.
• You are motivated, resilient and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and memorable dining experience at The Birnam restaurant.
• Serve food and beverages during Lunch and Dinner service.
• Maintain high standards of service, room preparation and presentation.
• Assist guests with queries and handle concerns positively.
• Upsell where appropriate to support restaurant performance.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless operations.
• Engage with guests to enhance their stay and exceed expectations.
