Job summary

Champneys is seeking a Kitchen Porter to ensure cleanliness, organisation and safety across the kitchen and delivery areas. You will support the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams, helping with stock, waste management and daily prep to enable chefs to deliver luxury dining.

Ideal candidates take pride in hygiene, reliability and teamwork, and will be part of a respected luxury hospitality brand focused on wellbeing and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience adhering to food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit kitchen team.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and basic kitchen duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across all kitchen areas, staff canteens and corridors.
• Wash kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery to support service.
• Keep storerooms clean, organised and stock rotated.
• Store deliveries correctly and assist with stocktakes as needed.
• Report faults or issues with equipment to senior kitchen staff.
• Follow safety, hygiene and food safety procedures at all times.
