Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Kitchen Porter to uphold the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen areas and heart-of-house spaces. You will support equipment distribution during service and ensure safe handling of chemicals in line with HACCP guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across assigned kitchen areas, equipment and heart-of-house spaces.
• Wash, clean and store operating equipment, including pots, pans, chinaware, glassware and flatware.
• Support the distribution and collection of equipment during service.
• Follow HACCP requirements, food safety standards and hotel hygiene procedures.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with procedures and COSHH guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with stewarding and culinary colleagues and adapt to priorities.
