Chisholm Hunter in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to deliver 'cut above' support via telephone and email, ensuring luxury standards for every client.

You will process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide aftercare while coordinating with branches and teams to uphold KPIs such as accuracy, response times and customer satisfaction. This is a fully on-site, 40-hour-per-week role.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience would be advantageous.
• Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders promptly and maintain accurate dispatch logs.
• Respond to inquiries and provide luxury-standard advice and support.
• Build strong relationships with branches and wider teams.
• Package and post high-value orders securely per policy.
