You will welcome clients, share expert knowledge of gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship, and help them select the perfect piece. With strong interpersonal skills and a track record of meeting sales targets, you will upsell and cross-sell while maintaining a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or jewellery.
• Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals; JET qualification advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism to create a luxurious atmosphere.
• Develop product knowledge to advise on jewellery pieces.
• Provide personalised recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising and store displays.
