Job summary

The St. Regis London is seeking a detail‑oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to orchestrate daily Housekeeping operations in a luxury Mayfair setting.

You will act as the communication hub between teams, manage room status, task allocation and priorities, and support seamless hotel operations behind the scenes. Ideal candidates have experience in housekeeping within luxury environments, excellent organisational skills, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, ideally within a luxury environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Run daily room reports, verify room status and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate room assignments and cleaning schedules based on operational needs.
• Update departing room statuses and ensure timely turnover.
• Document and resolve discrepancies with the Front Office team.
• Prepare and distribute daily room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
