Job summary

Champneys Eastwell Manor is hiring a Housekeeping Assistant for a part-time role (16 hours per week) including weekends. You will service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to luxury Champneys standards, ensuring rooms feel calm, inviting and ready for guests from the moment they arrive.

Maintain discreet, orderly work areas; report issues promptly; and support wider housekeeping tasks. The position offers training and opportunities to develop within a renowned wellness brand.

Qualifications

• 16 hours per week, weekends required
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards to Champneys level
• Discretion, pride and attention to detail in guest rooms

Responsibilities

• Servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to Champneys standards
• Preparing rooms to be calm and inviting for guests
• Maintaining tidy corridors and stock rooms
• Reporting maintenance issues toHousekeeping Supervisor
• Assisting with wider housekeeping and laundry duties as needed
• Attending team meetings and training to improve standards
