The St. Regis London is preparing to welcome guests to its Mayfair property. We are seeking a proactive House Porter to support the Housekeeping team, ensuring swift delivery of amenities and pristine pantry areas while upholding the brand’s signature service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and attention to detail.
• Capable of delivering high standards in a luxury environment.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items with hospitality.
• Deliver amenities, linen, towels and other items as requested.
• Stock and maintain floor pantries and service areas to par levels.
• Support VIP requests and pre-arranged deliveries when possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping spaces and back‑of‑house areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the team.
