Job summary

Caterpeople is seeking an experienced Sommelier for a luxury hotel in Ripon. You will lead the wine program, curate a cellar of 300+ wines, and deliver exceptional service in a fine dining setting.

You will train staff, coordinate wine events and tastings, and create memorable guest experiences with your wine knowledge. A Level 3 WSET or CMS qualification is preferred, with relocation support and accommodation offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining wine service and a strong wine knowledge base.
• Ability to build and manage a substantial wine cellar.
• Experience training staff and delivering wine tastings.
