Qualifications

• Experience in security or hospitality security preferred.
• Ability to adhere to policies and maintain visitor records.
• Good observation and communication skills for guest safety.

Responsibilities

• Inquiries and visitors at the staff entrance are handled per policy.
• Administrative duties including logs, records and notebooks.
• Assist Police and Government Agencies as required on hotel premises.
• Monitor CCTV and ensure data protection compliance.
• Check items removed from the hotel and process pass-outs.
• Maintain proactive security presence in public areas.
• Support high service levels and meet LQA standards consistently.
