The Autograph Collection seeks a Sales Executive at St. Pancras in London to serve as the primary contact between clients and the hotel during booking, contracting, and event coordination.

You will relay client requirements to departments and ensure policy adherence throughout billing and execution. Strong organizational, sales, and communication skills are required, with experience using Opera, SFA, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients across all segments to drive future bookings.
• Analyse local market trends and opportunities and develop customer accounts within the local area.
• Maintain and develop site inspection standards and engage with key managers and departments to maximise conversion potential.
• Support group and catering conversion and ensure key opportunities are maximised.
• Attend weekly sales strategy meetings and present updates on key sales actions.
• Keep up to date with competitors and share findings with the sales leadership team.

• Ability to work collaboratively with hotel service team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Possesses excellent telephone sales skills and the ability to upsell products.
• Knowledge of contractual agreements and legal implications; strong relationship management.
