Fairmont Hamilton Princess is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to deliver exceptional service and maintain our luxury standards. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure rooms are clean, pristine, and guest-ready, while supporting fellow team members in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage guests with warmth, respect, and attention to detail, handling requests and maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel housekeeping is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Able to work in demanding, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, engaging guest service and support colleagues.
• Ensure guest rooms meet Fairmont standards.
• Report maintenance issues to Royal Service/Floor Supervisor.
• Treat guests as individuals and anticipate their needs.
• Assist with night service and housekeeping tasks.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
