Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Receptionist for Buxted Park Hotel in East Sussex. You will be part of our Front Office team, delivering personalised service to guests and creating unforgettable moments from arrival. The role is full-time, five days out of seven, with a 40-hour week and potential weekend rota.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Proficient with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Opera experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, manage check-in/check-out with warm, personalised service.
• Answer queries and assist guests, coordinating with Front Office to ensure seamless stays.
• Maintain smooth reception operations, manage reservations, and upsell services when appropriate.
