Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels in Worcester is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Stanbrook Abbey Hotel. You will lead a skilled maintenance team, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold our luxury standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role involves budgeting, stock control and developing the team, with a 40-hour week over 5 days, including weekends on a rota. A background in luxury hotel maintenance is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hotel maintenance management experience preferred in a luxury setting.
• Knowledge of health & safety, compliance and reporting.
• Experience in training and coaching colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Stock control, forecasting and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards across the hotel.
• Own safety, security and compliance requirements with accurate records.
• Recruit, train and develop the team; uphold brand standards.
• Ensure maintenance operations run efficiently and on budget.
• 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 with weekend rota; flexible hours where possible.
