Job summary

Langshott Manor Hotel, part of Alexander Hotels, is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead all food and beverage service areas and support the General Manager in delivering 4★ and 2 Rosette standards.

You will oversee a team of 25 staff across The Mulberry Restaurant, Bar, Conference & Banqueting, Room Service and lounges, drive service excellence, staffing, planning, and revenue opportunities while maintaining the highest guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous quality food and beverage management experience within a luxury hotel market.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High standard of personal presentation.
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach and motivate hospitality teams.

Responsibilities

• Service delivery across all F&B areas ensuring high standards.
• Planning and resourcing including staffing and stock management.
• Oversee operations and supervise Duty Management team.
• Ensure systems are operational and staff trained to standards.
• Staffing and performance management including coaching and feedback.
• Revenue management and liaising with sales, marketing and revenue managers.
