Job summary

NICI Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Group Operations Manager to oversee performance across our luxury hospitality venues. The role focuses on service excellence, team performance, profitability, and consistency throughout the group.

You will work with General Managers and Heads of Department to ensure guest experiences meet high standards, compliance with procedures, and strong financial results. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial acumen with revenue and cost controls.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with luxury hotel environments.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Ability to drive guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance across all properties.
• Support and develop General Managers and senior leaders.
• Drive consistency in guest service standards and delivery.
• Monitor profitability, labour controls, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and food standards.
• Lead openings, refurbishments, and business improvement initiatives.
• Analyse KPIs, budgets, payroll, guest feedback, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement group-wide procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and leadership teams.
• Support recruitment and leadership development across the group.
• Maintain strong presence and build relations across venues.
