The London EDITION is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to deliver a five-star luxury dining experience at our central London location. As a Head Waiter/Waitress you will lead service, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate closely with kitchen and floor teams to exceed guest expectations.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of related food and beverage service experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
• Dependability, adaptability, and a positive demeanor.
• Understanding of safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and provide required documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver five-star food and beverage service to guests.
• Take orders and accurately serve food and alcoholic beverages.
• Communicate dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in service areas.
• Monitor and manage assigned tables; ensure proper course clearing.
• Address guest requests and resolve service concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure seamless guest service.
