Colbert Collection in London is seeking an exceptional Head Host to lead guest arrival experiences and reservations for The WestDill Mayfair Hotel. You will be the face of the restaurant, creating unforgettable first impressions and personal, luxurious hospitality from day one.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining as Head Host or similar.
• Strong guest service and VIP handling skills.
• Excellent communication and hosting presence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional and personalized welcome for every guest.
• Oversee restaurant reservations, manage bookings and guest requests with care.
• Act as main contact for VIP guests and special occasions.
• Build genuine guest relationships and anticipate preferences.
• Manage table allocations and seating to optimize satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen and Front Office teams.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback with discretion and confidence.
• Monitor reservation trends and opportunities to improve service.
• Ensure interactions reflect Colbert Collection's luxury standards.
