Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is launching The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, and seeking a reliable Steward to support Culinary and Food & Beverage teams. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene while contributing to exceptional dining experiences.

Join the opening team in Mayfair and help shape the guest experience, service culture, and operational excellence from day one in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stewarding or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, operating equipment, and work areas to the highest standards.
• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen and Food & Beverage outlets by ensuring equipment is available and properly maintained.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Assist with waste management, storage areas, and the organization of stewarding facilities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support daily operations.
