Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London seeks a Groups & Events Sales & Planning Manager to join our team. The role involves close collaboration with the hotel sales team, site inspections, client entertainment, and hosting meetings to drive events.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Conferences & Events Sales & Planning, experience in hotels, and proficiency with Opera and Delphi systems, plus a proven track record in reactive sales and high-volume account management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Conferences & Events Sales & Planning.
• Experience working within hotels is preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera and Delphi systems.
• Proven track record of reactive sales.
• Experience managing high-volume accounts.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with hotel sales team to support sales and marketing objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and client entertainment as required.
• Attend and host meetings including daily/weekly event sheets and group meetings.
• Meet key event organisers during in-house events.
• Perform post-event follow-up calls to solicit re-books or new opportunities.
