Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role is preferred.
• Sales-driven with a passion for a 5-star customer experience.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in-store and help them choose pieces.
• Accurately complete orders and process finance applications.
• Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a warm, safe showroom and team environment.
• Keep showroom tidy and presentable; assist with moving furniture.
• Ensure knowledge of Poltronesofà products and services is current.
• Undertake other duties as needed.
