Qualifications

• Sales experience is not essential; personality and ability to learn are important.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in-store and help them find the perfect furniture piece.
• Accurately complete orders and process finance applications.
• Deliver personal sales and KPIs as part of the team.
• Maintain a 5-star customer experience with housekeeping and moving furniture when needed.
• Keep showrooms tidy, safe, and welcoming for all.
• Develop knowledge of poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake other duties as required.
