Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and help them find the right piece of furniture.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Deliver personal sales and KPIs.
• Maintain showroom appearance through housekeeping and furniture movement as needed.
• Ensure showroom is warm, friendly and safe for everyone.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake other duties as required.
