Poltronesofà S.p.A. Farnborough is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to welcome customers and help them choose furniture, aiming to deliver a personal and high‑quality shopping experience. You’ll earn based on sales with uncapped commission on top of a base salary, and you’ll be supported by a friendly team.

The role offers a base of £24,026–£27,113 per year, plus commissions, with added benefits and opportunities for career progression within the Retail department.

Qualifications

• Sales driven with a passion for delivering a 5 star customer experience.
• Experience in a customer facing role is desirable.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and adapt shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and help them find furniture.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Deliver personal sales and KPIs as part of the team.
• Maintain a 5 star customer experience with colleagues.
• Keep showrooms neat, safe and welcoming.
• Develop knowledge on poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake other duties as required.
