Qualifications

• Previous management experience in Reception or Front Office.
• Experience in a 4/5-star luxury hotel is preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS is desirable.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

• Lead day and night Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
