Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a knowledgeable Housekeeping Supervisor for Bailbrook House Hotel in Bath. The role involves leading the housekeeping team, ensuring immaculate guest rooms and public spaces, and delivering exceptional service as part of a luxury guest experience.

You will oversee inspections, ensure replenishment of premium amenities, and manage in-room refreshments. The shift pattern is 7.30am-4.00pm or 8.00am-4.30pm, with weekends on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping supervision experience in a hospitalitiy setting is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, oversee inspections and maintain high standards.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are impeccably presented.
• Oversee room inspections, replenish towels and toiletries, and arrange in-room refreshments.
• Support, guide and motivate staff to maintain luxury, consistency and efficiency.
