What will the role involve?

We’re looking for an inspiring and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office operation, overseeing both the Day and Night Teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. As the face of the hotel, you’ll be responsible for creating memorable stays, leading by example, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from check-in to check-out.

You’ll drive performance across the department, motivating and developing your team to achieve operational goals while continually seeking opportunities to improve service standards and ways of working. Working closely with your team, you’ll foster a positive, engaging culture centred on training, development and guest satisfaction, ensuring colleagues have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.

As a key leader within the hotel, you’ll maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment, build strong relationships across departments, and make confident decisions to support both guests and colleagues. You’ll also bring strong commercial awareness, using your understanding of labour costs, forecasting and budgets to help deliver departmental and business objectives. Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine passion for hospitality, enjoy leading people, and be excited to be part of a team that is committed to delivering exceptional experiences every day.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

• Previous experience working at Management level within Reception or Front Office is a requirement for this role. Ideally with an 4/5-star luxury hotel. Having a good working knowledge of Opera is desirable but not essential.

• Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service, ensuring our guests feel at home will be your passion and motivation.
