The Gleneagles Hotel in Auchterarder is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, ensuring warm welcomes and seamless check-ins while guiding the team to deliver outstanding guest service.

This role focuses on upselling experiences, coordinating transport and activities, and maintaining confidentiality and standards across Forbes and Gleneagles. A proven hospitality background and strong leadership are essential to create memorable stays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with efficient check-in/out and provide local area information.
• Upsell opportunities across the estate and pass leads to Sales.
• Coordinate guest travel and driver bookings for smooth transport.
• Settle guest folios within 24 hours and follow credit policies.
• Review reservations, assign rooms and monitor forecast and rates.
• Lead reception shift and ensure smooth handovers across teams.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
• Uphold Forbes and Gleneagles standards with coaching and feedback.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
• Participate in hotel committees and other projects.
• Engage with guests to exceed expectations and create luxurious experiences.
