Job summary

Lympstone Manor, part of the Michael Caines Collection, is seeking a Day Porter to join the Front of House team. The role supports guest service and upholds the five-star luxury standard between Exeter and Exmouth.

You will interact with guests, assist with breakfast service and car valet, parking, and other guest services as required. This full-time position offers a competitive package and staff benefits.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Providing a concierge service to guests on request.
• Assisting with breakfast service/early morning trays as required.
• Providing a valeting service to all guests, including parking, cleaning and polishing of cars.
• Offering all guests assistance where possible, including luggage, shoe polishing and laundry services.
