Hand Picked Hotels at Buxted Park Hotel invites applications for a friendly Receptionist who will greet guests, manage arrivals and departures, and coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless stay. You’ll help create memorable experiences through personalised service and a warm, professional demeanour.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, with an hourly rate of £13.50 plus a share of service charges and excellent colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury setting.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate hotel reservation systems.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Deliver personalised, high-quality service to guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with reservations, enquiries and guest requests as part of a professional team.
