Join a selective opening team, contribute to guest relations, upsell services, and coordinate with housekeeping across shifts including overnight coverage, embodying the hotel’s refined, luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience in luxury hospitality.
• Ability to use PMS and Front Office systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, professional, personalized service.
• Ensure efficient check-in/check-out per luxury standards.
• Provide local knowledge and upsell hotel services.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for seamless guest experiences.
• Support VIP arrivals and special requests.
• Provide coverage across Front Office shifts, including overnight when required.
• Maintain high Front Office standards and guest service.
