Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for customer service and guest interaction.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using PMS systems and multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests with impeccable service and hospitality.
• Handle check-outs, reservations, payments, and guest enquiries efficiently.
• Provide personalised recommendations to enhance each guest’s stay.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve issues.
• Upsell rooms, amenities and hotel services.
• Respond to guest emails and online enquiries timely and personalised.
• Maintain front desk presentation and lobby standards.
• Assist with special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, VIP arrivals).
