Job summary

Oud Studio is seeking a friendly Sales Executive to join our perfume kiosk team at Overgate Shopping Centre in Dundee. This part‑time role offers flexible shifts (8–24 hours per week) with a pay of £12.71 per hour plus a weekly performance bonus.

If you enjoy meeting people and have a passion for luxury fragrances, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll greet customers, demonstrate our fragrances, provide product recommendations, and help maintain an appealing display.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Sales or retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Passion for fragrances, beauty, or luxury products is an advantage.
• Reliable, well-presented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers and start engaging conversations.
• Hand out fragrance testers to encourage customer interaction.
• Introduce and demonstrate Oud Studio perfumes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Process sales accurately using the till system.
• Maintain kiosk presentation and replenish displays.
• Assist with stock deliveries and kiosk setup.
• Keep the kiosk clean, organised and visually appealing.
• Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
• Complete other retail duties as required.
