Job summary

CVUK is seeking a Sales Associate for a luxury fragrance and beauty brand in Central London. You will provide warm, personalised service, helping customers discover products that feel personal while supporting sales targets and maintaining store standards.

The role involves hosting brand experiences, building client relationships, and delivering in-depth product knowledge. Flexibility for weekends and peak periods is required, with a six-month fixed-term contract in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for fragrance, beauty and customer experience.
• Experience in luxury or premium retail is advantageous.
• Confident, engaging and able to build strong customer relationships.
• Commercial mindset with targets and store performance in mind.
• Proactive, dependable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalised product recommendations and fragrance consultations.
• Drive sales, conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction through confident customer engagement.
• Host signature fragrance and candle experiences for memorable customer moments.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, supporting clienteling activities and VIP events.
• Develop knowledge of the fragrance and beauty collection, brand story and product benefits.
• Process transactions accurately and support stock deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness and overall store presentation.
• Follow health and safety, security and loss-prevention procedures while contributing to daily targets.
