Job summary

Arabian Oud Leeds is seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Specialists who will deliver exceptional luxury fragrance experiences, build meaningful client relationships, and represent the Arabian Oud brand with professionalism and discretion.

You will provide personalised fragrance consultations, drive sales through product demonstrations and cross-selling, and maintain premium presentation standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for fragrance storytelling and customer engagement.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Professional appearance and flexible approach to working hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised fragrance consultations and luxury customer experiences.
• Drive sales through product demonstrations, scent pairing, and cross-selling strategies.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Maintain premium presentation standards and luxury hospitality behaviours.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, POS accuracy, and cash handling.
• Support stock replenishment, transfers, and inventory control.
• Assist with stock counts and maintain operational excellence.
• Maintain strong knowledge of fragrance collections, notes, and trends.
• Represent the Arabian Oud brand with integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Deliver grooming and presentation standards suitable for a luxury environment.
• Adhere to company policies, privacy standards, and health & safety procedures.
