Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant at Ettington Park Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon. You will prepare service areas to our standards and maintain presentation across food and beverage experiences.

Ideal candidates have experience in quality-driven hotels or hospitality, are enthusiastic, flexible and possess high emotional intelligence to anticipate guest needs and deliver a magical Hand Picked experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality-driven hotel/restaurant hospitality.
• Willing to take on new responsibilities and be flexible.
• Strong emotional intelligence to anticipate guest needs.
• Ability to deliver the Hand Picked guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service areas to Hand Picked standards.
• Know menu items, allergens and preparation style.
• Offer accurate product descriptions and recommendations.
• Work with the team to achieve department goals.
• Maintain knowledge of wine list and stock.
• Understand basics of food and wine matching.
• Be inspired, have fun, and represent the Hand Picked Team.
