Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Hotel Manager at Ettington Park Hotel, near Stratford-upon-Avon. You will oversee guest experience, service standards and daily operations to maintain our luxury, bespoke service.

You will lead a passionate team, drive profitability, manage budgeting and revenue opportunities, and act as the local ambassador for the Hand Picked Hotels brand. Opportunity for career progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in country house or luxury hotel operations.
• Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and profitability.
• Experience in business planning and implementing initiatives.
• Proven people management and coaching ability.
• Hands-on leader with front-line presence.
• Knowledge of health and safety and compliance.
• Proficient in hotel software: Opera, Excel and Office 36 or similar.

Responsabilités

• Exceed guest expectations and manage financial goals.
• Lead hotel team to strengthen the Hand Picked Hotels reputation.
• Own the hotel’s P&L and drive profitability.
• Identify and deliver new revenue streams and opportunities.
• Be the face of Hand Picked Hotels in the local area.
• Promote company vision, values and service standards in daily operations.
• Coordinate central initiatives with hotel and regional teams.
