END. Manchester is seeking a Service Advisor to engage with customers in a luxury fashion environment, build lasting relationships and contribute to sales growth in a fast-paced store setting.

You will develop potential customers, uphold high service standards, and work with the team to ensure an exceptional store experience for every visitor in a dynamic, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within luxury fashion or related industry.
• Ambition within Retail; willing to develop within the business.
• Sociable and charismatic with the ability to engage with all customer types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Network with END. customer base to develop new and existing relationships and exceed sales targets.
• Support the store team to maximise sales and raise brand profile.
• Demonstrate exemplary service techniques as a standard of excellence.
• Understand and assist with store services and procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards following VM guidelines.
• Share in-depth product and industry knowledge with customers.
• Handle all financial transactions accurately and professionally.
