Job summary

END. Manchester is seeking a Seasonal Service Advisor for the festive period to deliver luxury fashion customer experiences. You will engage with customers, develop relationships and exceed sales targets while maintaining exemplary service. The role is full-time, temporary, with weekend/evening flexibility across November and December.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role, ideally in luxury fashion or related industry.
• Ambition to develop within the business and progress.

Responsibilities

• Network with END. customers to develop new relationships and exceed sales targets.
• Support store team to maximise sales and raise the Company profile.
• Display exemplary service techniques as standard practice.
• Assist in other store operations and understand processes behind all services.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards; replenish stock per VM guidelines.
• Share in-depth product and industry knowledge with customers.
• Handle financial transactions accurately and professionally.
