Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage global press samples lifecycle and logistics.
• Handle send outs and returns for menswear and womenswear.
• Receipting new samples; organise looks and samples cupboard.
• Create, track and monitor samples in fashion GPS.
• Quality control of returning samples.
• Manage shipping invoices and customs documentation.
• Track couriers and shipments to prevent delays.
• Oversee delivery of PR samples and gifting worldwide.
• Maintain archive system for Burberry runway and mainline collections.
• Support PR team during shows, press days and events.
• Weekly reporting on sample activity.
• Ad-hoc support to wider PR team and run global press office efficiently.
