Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Digital Samples Coordinator to oversee the delivery of product imagery for Burberry.com, coordinating shoots and managing digital sample life cycles to uphold high visual standards.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Showroom, Photo Studio, Product Development and Merchandising to deliver content on time, while ensuring quality controls and efficient workflows. London studio experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a studio environment, luxury fashion preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product imagery shoots across assigned categories, aligned with seasonal priorities and brand objectives.
• Manage daily shoot operations and sample logistics, tracking products efficiently.
• Participate in weekly planning meetings to optimize studio set preparations and resource allocation.
• Administer the shoot calendar on the Flo platform with up-to-date scheduling.
• Develop and refine workflows with Showroom, Photo Studio, Product Development, and Merchandising teams to improve season-on-season efficiency.
• Evaluate and decide on resampling budgets and product selections each season to ensure timely content delivery.
• Oversee quality control protocols and manage the return process of samples.
• Coordinate special shoots including press and VIP requests with meticulous attention.
• Monitor content readiness, liaising with Digital Merchandising to mitigate delays.
• Supervise the reshoot process and integrate it into ongoing shoot schedules.
• Prepare and guide the pre-styling phase each season, training assistants as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting shoot operations across London studio locations in Hackney and Westminster.
