The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking and a passion for premium hospitality, with responsibility for staff performance and guest experience in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B management within luxury hotel or premium dining environments.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Commercial awareness including budgets, labour costs and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver luxury service across outlets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of hotels' restaurants, bars and F&B areas.
• Drive revenue through upselling and exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage rotas, staffing levels, training and performance development.
• Collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams for seamless service.
• Monitor costs, stock and labour to maximise profitability.
• Support menu development, events and F&B activations.
• Address guest feedback promptly and maintain safety standards.
