Job summary

Champneys, a luxury wellness group, invites applications for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our restaurant, café and conference dining operations across our venues. You will lead a visible, hands-on team, drive standards on the floor and ensure every guest leaves delighted with an exceptional dining experience.

Initially a fixed-term contract, the role demands strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver seamless service across all outlets

Qualifications

• Experience managing Food & Beverage operations in a hotel, resort, or premium hospitality setting.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Leads from the front in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee all restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Drive performance, profitability and cost control across the department.
• Manage recruitment, training, development and performance of your team.
• Ensure smooth service delivery across all outlets, including conferences and room service.
• Maintain strong guest relationships and handle feedback professionally.
• Manage rotas, stock control, and departmental budgets.
• Champion health, safety and compliance standards at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
