Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking a dynamic Events Executive (Maternity Cover) to join our team on a fixed-term contract starting October 2026. You will lead from lead generation to flawless event delivery, coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences across intimate celebrations and large-scale gatherings.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, catering sales or luxury hospitality is expected.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell social catering and event opportunities.
• Serve as main contact for event clients, coordinating accommodation, catering, AV and off-site options.
• Work with Sales, Catering and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Conduct property tours for prospective clients and planners.
• Create tailored proposals and menu recommendations.
• Maintain client records, contracts and follow-up in hotel systems.
• Uphold hotel policies and contractual agreements at all times.
• Support safety via compliance with fire and health regulations.
• Attend event handovers and coordinate with operations for successful events.
