The Newt in Somerset, a luxury country estate, seeks a Mixologist/Bartender for its Botanical Rooms Bar. You will craft classics and seasonal cocktails, serve premium wines and estate beverages, and collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage prep.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to high standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, personalised service to guests.
• Recommend cocktails, spirits, wines and estate beverages with confidence.
• Understand seasonal menus and beverage pairings.
