Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Web Content Lead on a temporary maternity cover to drive content design and delivery across our ecommerce platforms, while collaborating across our websites to shape ecommerce content strategy.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in content strategy and UX, strong leadership, and robust CMS skills (SAP Commerce preferred) along with HTML/CSS, SEO, accessibility, and design tools like Figma and Photoshop. This role supports a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in a digital design or website content role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (SAP Commerce preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO best practices.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools (Figma, Photoshop).
• Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passionate about luxury ecommerce and user experience.
