- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (SAP Commerce preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices.
- Understanding of accessibility best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of design tools (Figma, Photoshop).
- Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passionate about luxury eCommerce and user experience.
