Job summary

Mode is partnering with a prestigious international luxury fragrance and beauty house to recruit an Ecommerce Manager for the UK market. The role will own day-to-day trading, site performance, and partnerships with brand.com and retailer sites, driving online growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ecommerce, digital trading or a similar role.
• Strong DTC ecommerce experience in luxury/beauty.
• Hands-on Shopify experience essential.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, merchandising and digital performance.
• Experience using analytics and ecommerce platforms to translate data into action.
• Proven experience managing retailer.com partners and/or online marketplaces.
• Strong SEO understanding and initiatives experience.
• Commercial awareness with ecommerce KPIs and customer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day trading and management of UK ecommerce across brand.com and partner sites.
• Lead product launches, campaigns, homepage activity and promotions.
• Manage onsite merchandising, search and customer journeys to maximise conversion.
• Monitor website performance and CRO/UX opportunities.
• Collaborate with global and local teams across Ecommerce, CRM, Marketing, Retail, Logistics and Planning.
• Work with development teams on platform improvements and testing.
